BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICIES Please review the following before booking. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. DEPOSITS A deposit is required to secure every appointment. Synthetic Installments: $20 booking fee Human Hair Installments & Reinstalls: $150 deposit, applied toward your appointment total Payment options: Zelle: (708) 530-0011 Cash App: $dolledbymaimai Your appointment will be approved once the deposit has been received with the full name used to book your appointment included in the payment notes. Consultation Photos Consultation photos are required before your appointment can be approved. If consultation photos have not been submitted, your appointment will remain pending until they are received and reviewed. If you color, cut, chemically treat, or significantly alter your hair after submitting your consultation photos, please send a new set of photos so I can confirm your hair is still suitable for the selected service and ensure the best possible blend. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Deposits are non-refundable. To keep your deposit when rescheduling, cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. After rescheduling, you have 48 hours to select and confirm a new appointment date and time using the original deposit. If a new appointment is not selected within that timeframe, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. No Sunday & Monday appointments are available. ($200 squeeze in fee) ⸻ APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS • Please arrive with your hair clean, completely dry, and free of conditioner, oils, or heavy product for at least 24 hours before your appointment. No hair dye at least 7 days in advance. • No additional guests unless previously approved. • Following your installation, you will receive personalized maintenance instructions and recommended products within 24–48 hours. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $30 late fee will be added to your appointment total. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Please plan accordingly, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you. ⸻ TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS Travel appointments must be approved directly by the stylist before booking. Please contact the business by phone to request a travel appointment. Your address must be specifically approved before the appointment is confirmed. Travel fees range from **$35–$**200, depending on location, and must be paid with your deposit. Appointments beginning after 5:00 PM are subject to an additional $50 after-hours fee. All travel fees and deposits are non-refundable. ⸻ PLEASE NOTE Booking an appointment indicates that you have reviewed and agreed to the policies above. Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the total of your service if cancellations 24hours prier . If you DM me 48hours prier to cancel you will not be charged and can reschedule.
